Administrative
Administrative training consists of IT Staff and Systems administrator instruction in the installation, daily use and maintenance of the Server Hardware and software.

Web Publishing
Publishing your digital assets to the web requires careful thought and planniing. Web Publishing Training covers security, customization and provisioning or your digital assets for the web.

Librarian
One or more users will be designated as librarians and will be responsible for certian administrative tasks within the software environment. Librarian Training covers deployment, maintenance, customization and workflow theory.

End User
The bulk of users will be end users running a software client at their desktop. This training will get them up to speed on the various functions of the client.

Web User
External users, clients or customers will access digital assets through the internet using standard web browers. Web User Training covers all of the funtionality of the web interface.
